Hi there
I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

As there is no involvement of blood clots in the leg blood veins, you need not worry.

Lymph node enlargement indicates acute or chronic infective pathology.
A course of broad spectrum antibiotic like tablets containing Amoxycillin and Clavulanate over a period of 7 days, twice a week will be of help. Please seek prescription support from treating doctor.
Leg elevation and calf muscle exercises will be of help.
Other microbial or parasitic infections need to be ruled out if it persists even after that.
Please consult with internal medicine specialist if needed.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
