Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Exactly the region where the lymph nodes are swollen was not mentioned.
Regional lymph nodes enlarge in case of infection.(infection of scalp and throat lymph nodes around neck).
One has to differetiate whether it is nonspecific infection or specific infection like tuberculosis.
Nothing to worry. consult pediatrician to arrive at a proper diagnosis.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
