What Causes Swollen Lymph Node Over The Left Collar Bone And Arm?

I have a swollen lymph node over my left collar bone and under my left arm that I have had for about two years. The one in my neck is causing my neck, shoulder and down my left arm to hurt. I showed it to the Dr. that I am seeing now and he wanted to do a ultra sound and he said it was my lymph node and that he was going to watch it. I stay sick on my stomach and tired all the time. I have a temperature everyday of 99.5 to 102 degrees. I have gained about 25lbs in the last year and just don t feel real good. I am only 46 years old and don t think that I should feel as tired and bad as I do. Please let me know if you think if it is a good idea to watch this or do I need to see another doctor. I have already had some lymph nodes removed due to breast implants that I had to have remove. Please advise!!!!

I understand your symptoms. You should apply topical diclofen sodium or potassium cream twice daily for 2 weeks and oral non steroidal antiinflammatory drugs 3 times daily for one week.
