What Causes Swollen Lymph Glands In The Neck?

I have slightly swollen lymph glands (neck), a bit of a stuffy head, and am very fatigued, don t really want to do anything but sleep, maybe read a bit. This is the third day I have felt like this. Two notes -- I have experienced a dozen or so oak mite bites this week. Also, I have the Epstein-Barr virus that flares up once a year, maybe less. However, this doesn t feel like those usual episodes. Thanks for any advice you may have.
