i woke up on saturday with my lips all red and puffy this happened about 2 weeks ago as well. ive come to the conclusion that it is an allergic reaction as it looks exactly like the pictures. ive tried all home remidies like aloe vera, witch hazel, hydrogen peroxide, paw paw, ice and tea tree oil and nothing seems to be working. But the thing is today monday the sweling has gotten worse i woke up this morning and my lips looked like dry puss all around. what is this i really need help as i places to be and i dont want people staring at me
Consult a Physician and get evaluated and a clinical evaluation, blood test and lip swab culture can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
As of now take anti-inflammatory painkillers like , anti histamines like Levocetrizine to reduce swelling and do cool compresses over the lips.. Avoid sucking the lips..
Hope this helps..
Regards..
