Hello dear. Sorry to know that your father is suffering from double cancer. Difficulty in swallowing can be due to various reasons like oral ulcers, infection of the throat. The reason for swelling lower limbs could be due to renal dysfunction due to myeloma or bladder cancer, venous thrombosis or due to low protein levels in the body. You must consult your physician as these conditions can be treated. Hope i have solved your query.
