General & Family Physician 's  Response
Blood Pressure does not rise to 157/107 within one to two days. You may have undiagnosed Hypertension. Your BP=157/107 and swelling legs suggest cardiovascular disease/ Renal pathology. You need do Renal function test and Echocardiography if required.Hysterectomy may not have nothing do with. If your bleeding is more and you are severe anemic then your swelling of legs - can occur due to severe anemia with hypoproteinemia.
