What Causes Swollen Kidney In An Infant?

sir, my child is about 8 days, my family doctor has done caesarian , and said there is a swelling in kidney, they said like wait for 1 and half a month to 1 year. after that based on the situation can go for treatment. please advice thanks, eagarly waiting for your advice

Most common is multicystic dysplastic kidney
Others are PUJ obstruction, wilms tumour
