What Causes Swollen Hands, Extremely Sore, Painful And Swollen Fingers?

The tips of my fingers are extremely sore, painful, and swolen, especially around my nails and under the tips of the nail at the top of my finger. My hands are very dry, and get swollen quite a bit. I ve noticed this every time I ve used crystal meth. I want to know if there is a reason for this that s medical or if it s simply because I am so active with my hands when I m using?
