What Causes Swollen Glands On Neck?

Hi, I have been experiencing for about a week, swollen glands on the right side of my neck, recently I have started having a headache but along with that I have had nausea, and my right shoulder is burning. Not sure if all these symptoms are related but they are there. And yes I do have a sore throat also, and sinus drainage.

Hi,
From history it seems that all symptoms having headache, swollen neck lymph node, generalized malaise might be due to upper respiratory tract infection you are having.
you might require aone course of antibiotic medicine like Azithromicin for 3-5 days.
Do antiseptic gargles.
Avoid fried and junk food.
Ok and take care.
