im gale my husband jere is diabetic his sugar is low but im getting it up, i know what to do. his feet have been swollen for some time been to doc. the bottom of his feet...the skin is split all the way across on both feet. do i cut the skin off or wait until i can talk him into going to a doc. he won t listen

Hi There are multiple causes of swelling of feet like kidney problems heart problems low protein levels thyroid problem. I advise you to get these tests for him. Serum TSH. Serum creatinineserum albumin. Ask him to keep his foot elevated while sleeping. Don't cut any skin . Review with reports
