Hello
It seems from the history that you are having swollen and painful spot over eyelid.
This indicates inflammatory swellings involving the glands of the eyelids in the form of hordeolum.
The treatment is by use of antibiotics eye drops and oral analgesic drugs.
Applying hot compression provides symptomatic relief.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
