What Causes Swollen Breasts, Fatigue And Headaches While Suffering From PCOS?

hi.. i am 37yrs old and i have PCOS and in January discover i had a fibroid of 2cm to the back of my womb. i was trying to get pregnant and been on clomid for two months. for the last two weeks i have been experiencing signs of pregnancy such as swollen and tender breast, fatigue, nausea, headaches, abdominal cramps, cravings, adominal bloating, frequent urination and food aversions. my period that is usually on time now was 4 days late and then i had light pink spotting for one day then nothing and the following day i started bleeding but it was lighter that usually with less clots but very painful. even the blood was a lighter shade than usual.. i took a test before i started bleeding but it was negative.. can you please help.

Hi, I think you should do a HSG to see the tubal patency. If it is normal, then you can try clomid for 4 more months. Track your follicles growth by repeated ultrasound and when your follicles is more than 17 to 18 mm, take injection for rupturing the follicles. Be in contact with your husband every 2 to 3 days after your periods stop. Take progesterone for next 2 weeks. Do a urine pregnancy test at home after that. If it doesn't work then you can go for IUI.
