What Causes Swollen Belly In 2 Week Old Kid?

My 2 week old has a swollen belly more so on the right side. She seems okay, has had 1 bowel movement today, is breast fed about every 2 to 3 hours. She did have formula today because of traveling all day to my drs appt and sat slot in the caraway. Could this be the reason?
