What Causes Swollen Ankles And Feet After An Ankle Fractures?
I fractured my fibula on my left ankle and its been 10 days and the swelling has gone down but my foot gets swollen and edem when I start to try to get around on my boot and crutches . Is this normal? I also feel my ankle muscles really tight where I can t fully bend it to walk normal. Is this normal? I have never broken a bone in my body till now so please help
