What Causes Swollen And Painful Labia Majora And Hip Pain?

I m having pain in my right hip area. It s been going on for 3-4 months or so and gradually getting worse. The pain started as an ach and is now a constant ach that feels like a mass or obstruction especially when I sit. I feel swollen and numb in the vaginal lips but the rest of the vagina feels unaffected. I do also have pain/numbness radiating into the right leg crease now. I feel much better when I stand or lay down. Sitting seems to aggravate this condition.

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of constant pain at your hip when sitting with associated swelling and numbness of vagina lip and the right leg I am suggesting strongly that you have developed a condition called spondylolisthesis (arthritis of the spine affecting the surrounding nerve) with vaginitis (inflammation of the vagina)

In view of this please do a lumber x-ray to rule out this condition

Meanwhile please see an orthopaedic specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

Moreover please take any of the following pending your appointment Tablet lyrica gabapentin cymbalta neurobion
