Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

The new brain lesion could be a new tumor related to the first one. Regarding the hard abdomen and leg swelling, it could be related to timador adverse effects.
For this reason, I recommend consulting with his doctor and performing some tests: a cardiac ultrasound, a chest X ray study, complete blood count, kidney and liver function tests and a urine analysis.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes!
