What Causes Swishing Sounds In Ear?

Hello. My question is regarding a wooshing/heartbeat sound in both ears when standing from a seated position. I feel faint when this happens, but do not lose conscience. I feel a little sick to my stomach also when this happens. I was reading about Idiopathis Iszchemic Hypertension. I was wondering if that is a possibility. I recently had my thyroid removed due to thyroid cancer and am on Levothyroxine 125mcgs. I am very worried about this and wondered if it could also be possibly tennitis?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
This is tinnitus due to circulatory issue to the ears. Need to do doppler study neck region for circulation problem. In the meantime can take tab neurobion twice a day for few months. May need Audiology detailed testing..
