What Causes Swelling With Huge Lump On Vagina Lip?

I had a bartholin cyst, it went down but the the whole of my right lip is swollen with a huge lump at the top thats really painful, an been there for about a wewerk now, and today it looks like its got a white head, what is this?:o

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
The white head is suggestive of impending rupture of an abscess, which has developed over a week.
I would advise such a patient to consult a Gynecologist for confirmation of this and to go ahead for proper incision and drainage, antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines, to be followed by meticulous dressing and see there is no recurrence.
