What Causes Swelling Post Varicocele Repair?
my is ade, i did my varicocele repair on 09/12/2011. it looks as if there is a swooling at the scrotum,i am worried ,hope there is no problem,though there is no pain at all but was operated upon to solve my infertility problem after a year and half marriage

The best way is to get a clinical examination by a Surgeon / Urologist and confirm the findings by color doppler study.
If there is recurrence, get operated again and insist the Doctor for a '''classical '' varicocelectomy wherein the mass of the dilated veins is excised and the 3 to 5 cm of the veins are excised and the testis is elevated by re-tieing the ends.
This alone will give you the results.
