My tongue feels full and I am aware of it all the time. To me to the point that I feel like it is affecting my speech. I also seem to be salivating more. I bit the side of it a few days ago. Should I be concerned? I have been exposed to a lot of dust and dirt latey and thought it might be an allergic reaction.
