What Causes Swelling On Paralysed Foot?
My relative suffered a severe stroke 2 yrs ago and has been immobile since. She has developed swelling recently in the paralysed foot which has been diagnosed as possible arthritis and has been given anti inflammatory medication. We are concerned it is more serious.

unfortunately there are a lot of causes which proveoke paralyses
I would reccomend to schedule ENG and spine MRI
