What Causes Swelling On Left Side Of Throat Along With Pain In Ear?

Hi, I have just today noticed a swelling on the left side of my throat, feels like a swollen gland. I can feel the difference in size compared to the right side. I ve never had this before. My inner left ear aches a bit too. Also, the tip of the left side of my nose hurts. Dull ache most of the time and sharp pain when i press it. This popped up today as well. I have a semi-blocked nose, headache and slightly sore throat. Have also had acute pain in the neck/shoulder muscles on the tops of my shoulder, like from the base of my neck to the tip of my shoulders on both sides. Not sure whats going on, is it something serious?

HI
Well come to HCM
Of course must be having some symptoms but this does not correlate with the swollen gland or this might not be swollen gland but this could be lymph node and this could be prominent without any pathological condition in my opinion condition need to be kept under observation for any changes, take care.
