Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have a pea size lump ove the lip that is red and painless..
There can be a few causes for it like any traumatic injury leading to hematoma formation or a fibroma..
It can also be a sebaceous cyst or a mucous cyst or mucocele..
While at times it can also be a malignancy..
I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and a biopsy [if needed] has to be done for confirmation of cause and treatment can be planned accordingly..
In case if it is a hematoma or mucous cyst or a fibroma surgical removal has to be done for resolution..
In case of malignancy radiotherapy and chemotherapy will be advised..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
