What Causes Swelling, Itching And Severe Pain In Lower Fold Of Scrotum?

Firstly there was swelling and itching in the lower fold of scrotum. Then it became very painful also. Now it spreads upside in the outer part of penis. It is painful , wet and forming like puss. Then it spreads out to the anus, thighs etc. In the thigh area it spreads out very quickly. It s very painful and itching. Firstly about three days I took flucanazole tablet and anti biotic creams like candid-cream, cloben-G etc. But it become worse. Then yesterday I took 500mg azithromysine tablet. Today there is no relieve. Please advise me a quick relieve medicine.

I have gone through your and being your physician i completely understand your health concerns.
what is your age? for how long u are suffering from it? any other associated problem? like diabetes or hyptertension? any lymph node enlargement in groin? any history of unprotected sex?
Based upon your history . it appear to be a Cellulitis. you should meet a SURGEON so that proper treatment can be intitiated in time.
You need to get proper antibiotics according to culture and sensitivity.
If i am your attending doctor i will get your FBC and CULTURE SENSITIVITY of the pus. i will put you empiric treatment with AUGMENTIN 1g two times along with METRONIDAZOLE 400 mg two times till the report of culture sensitivity is available..
meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain.
you need examination so that local dressing can be done ,and if there is abscess it should be drained . maintain good hygiene and meet your DOCTOR
