Hi i am 20 years old, and ive been noticing the veins in my arm have been swelling when using my hand like at wrk turning bolts and if im trying to turn a bolt in thats above my head, veins swell or having a closed elbow for a short amount of time they swell or arm cramps up sounds like poor circulation
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. It is probably due to the loss of fat from the hands, or some change in the B.P, or electrolytes. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have E.C.G, and other tests for diagnosis. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have good recovery, and resistance against infections. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
