General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Dear. Swelling of the feet can be due to several reasons. You need to get blood tests done- renal function tests to see if kidneys are working well. Need to get ECG, ECHO to see if there is any cardiac abnormality. Are you on any anti-hypertensive medication? tablets like amlodipine given for BP will cause leg swelling when taken on a long term. A thorough investigation is required.
