What Causes Swelling In The Feet With Weight Gain?

I AM FEMALE 49 YEARS OLD. i HAVE BEING EXPERINCING WEIGHT GAIN , ALMOS 2 OR MORE LBS A WEEK, .tODAY, i WEIGHT 213LBS.LAST YEAR, AT THE SAME TIME I WEIGHT 175LBS, AFTER I DIET WITH HGD DIET. NOW I AM SWELLING.I WAKE UP IN THE MORNING WITH MY FEET SO SWEAL UP, THEY LOOK LIKE DUCK FEET. I DONT TAKE ANY MEDICATION. ALREADY WENT THRU MENOPAUSE 3 0 4 YEARS AGO. MY HANDS ARE ALSO SWEALING.

i would like to know that your hands and feet have swelled out of fat or something else like water retention
For weight reduction purpose I would advise you for
1. Daily physical exercise start with walking few meters and progressively increase your stamina
2. Strict dietary restrictions against fatty and junk food
3. Get a basic lab investigationso like Hb, complete blood count, thyroid profile and Liver function test to pinpoint reason behind your obesity
