What Causes Swelling In The Feet After A Hip Bone Fracture?

91 year old lady fell 3/23 and broke hip. Surguery that night - the hip was rebuilt. It seemed to heal nicely- spent 51 days in re-hab. Now my feet, ankles and legs are very swollen - rest of body somewhat puffy. Taking Warfarin - what is prognosis for me? Thank you for your time.
