What Causes Swelling In The Eye With Persistent Nasal Bleeding?

Earlier today I took a blow to the head and am sure I have a concussion. The strange thing is my right nostril bled about 8 hours after that. It s been there hours since then and a family member informed me my right eye is swollen. Are these things related? I ve had concussions before and this didn t happen.

Yes, these things are definitely related to each other.
You had head injury earlier and your current symptoms, swollen right eye, nose bleeding etc are suggestive of internal brain injury and skull fracture.
So immediately consult doctor and get done clinical examination and CT scan of brain to rule out this.
You may need hospital admission too.
