What Causes Swelling In The Clitoris And Soreness In The Lower Stomach?

Hi I had sex a few days ago and had a bit of an itch afterward (it happens to me sometimes if I was a little sore) I did scratch it near back of vaginal opening near anus and actually scratched/broke skin a bit I could tell when I pee. However I have also noticed some swelling near and of my clitoris. As I haven t had sex in almost a week I do not know why the swelling is getting worse. Today is worse than yesterday. Also I take birth control (this past week not always at the right time) and I have noticed slight soreness in my lower stomach and very slight tint in everyday vaginal secretions

This is the likely cause for the altered vaginal secretions and also the itching and swelling. Please get a proper clinical evaluation by a specialist and plan further management. You need a speculum exam, swabs from the vagina and cervix and urinalysis to detect infection. Your partner also should be examined and treated if needed. Please maintain proper genital hygiene.
