What Causes Swelling In The Ankles And Feet?

I have taken week 2 of Remicade and will take week 6 on the 30th. In the last few weeks i have had swelling in my ankles and feet (more than before on prednisone, and currently at 5 mg). I am also experiencing easy skin bleeding with just brushing up against something. Lastly my legs are swollen and my shins are red. I went to my oncologist today for my check-up and he took blood to check some vitals. I m most concerned with the edema as it hurts to touch my chin area. Any help would be appreciated.

steroid induced swelling will be reduced only with slow steroid withdrawal but in some patients steroid intake of daily dosage is must so regular physiotherapy , vit C , if swelling is more serratiopeptidase tablets might be helpful.....do routine excercise which might reduce joint swelling
