1.The possible cause could be a mass lesion in the testicle, collection of fluid in the tunica sac /
hydrocele, inflammatory changes can also cause swelling.
2.In this case you need to get an
ultrasound scan done - ultrasound is investigation of choice.
3.Ultrasound will evaluate the nature of the swelling weather mass lesion, fluid collection, inflammatory changes with in the testis and status of
epididymis and chord.
4.In case of mass lesion FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology to evaluate the nature of the cells.
