What Causes Swelling In Stomach & Ankles?

I am 40 years old. The last 2 nights I have trouble sleeping; due to going to the bathroom, a lot. I feel sick on my stomach. These first 2 things is more at night. My stomach feels swollen. I have had trouble with my ankles swelling. I have been exercising.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of a 40 year old male having frequency of motion particularly at night, feeling sick on stomach, trouble sleeping due to going to bathroom frequently. Also have ankle swelling.
From the history you have provided, this looks to be enteritis.
Get a course of an antibiotic and you may be fine.
May need supplements with probiotics, electrolytes.
Get stool, blood and urine tested to get an additional information.
