General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Enlargement of Hydrocele requires thorough examination by General Surgeon. Hydrocele is a fluid filled sacs around testicles. Most of the time cause is unknown but Infection or Inflammation may be considerable causes.
Since you are saying that it's enlarged in size that means more fluid is accumulated inside it and require immediate opening and drainage of fluid by surgical procedure. Try to consult General Surgeon as soon as possible and get the treatment done.

Thanks & Take Care,
Dr. Suraj D.
