What Causes Swelling In Lymph Nodes And Joint Pains With Elevated WBC Levels?

hi, I have swollen glands in neck, armpits, groin and have a sore throat as well as fatigue and aching joints. I had a blood test 6 weeks ago for a bladder infection that showed a high level of white blood cells but no infection detected in the urine. I m having a scan tomorrow due to pain I ve been experiencing in the pelvic area. the glands have only been painful for the last four days. thank you
