What Causes Swelling In Leg,foot And Hand And Weight Gain?

I am a 36 year old female. I had an allergy test done last week and ever since my right leg and foot have swollen. It's been 10 days since the test and I woke up this morning and my right hand is swollen. I am over weight. I eat one time a day and its bearly anything when I do eat. Im constantly on my feet and dont understand how I continue to gain weight.I went to my doctor yesterday and he put my on lexipro for because he thinks its stress. I've already had every blood test done that you can think of and all of them came back neg for diabetes and thyroid. Could you tell me what you think is wrong and why I'm swelling?
