What Causes Swelling In Left Testicle And Blood In Urine?

In reference to my 32 year old son. He has pain so sever he can t walk..his left testicle swells up,he has blood in the urine sometimes it dark colored and he saids it smells like bm.Friday I was informed they had found a mass in 2010,but they hadn t done anything about it and at the time they hadn t said anything to either ofus about the mass.Do you have any thoughts on this?

Welcome to HCM. Please have your son seen by a doctor, he will need an Ultrasound and investigation as to why he has blood in his urine and possibly fecal matter in his bladder. None of the symptoms you describe are normal and the sun should not set without you having this checked out. I wish you the best.
