What Causes Swelling In Back?

Hello, I had a staghorn stone removed from my kidney 15 years ago. Earlier this year my doctor said my kidney function was low and I needed to drink more water. In the last few weeks I noticed a swelling the size of my palm right below my bra on my back. Wondering if it could be fluid build up because I have not been drinking enough water

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, with the history of kidney stone removed and being advise for drinking more water and later you noticed some swelling at back side or near the mammary gland are nothing to do anything with each because the swelling may not be due to drinking more water but it could be something else which may need clinical examination hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
