Hello dear!
Thank you for asking us on HCM!

I have gone through your query and understood your concerns!
Feet swelling without hurt, mostly is seen in patients which have cardiac disorders as Hear Failure, but it also happen in patient with liver, kidney diseases, etc.

So it is persistently disturbing you it would be better to have a check up of your heart to rule out any possible cardiac disorder, so please consult a cardiologist to do that.

Also it is advisable to do a complete check up of your health in general such as:
- Complete blood count
- Sugar, lipids in blood
- Bilirubin, Liver enzymes, urea, creatinine
- Complete urine count

Hope you will be fine soon.
Wishing you a good health!
