Pediatrician 's  Response
Hallo . Thank you for posting your question . I will do my best to help you . Investigation you have mentioned all are normal so I believe kidneys are normal .To rule out other reasons - Advice him to take proper rest [ sometime because of lack of proper sleep ] ; can give cetrizine [ antiallergic ] if not hypersensitive [ can be allergy ] ; go for complete blood count [CBC] as this can be because of anaemia . Hope I have answered your query . If you have any furthur questions I will be happy to help .
I find this answer helpful
