What Causes Swelling And Discoloration Of Lower Leg Along With Numbness?
I was in a car accident a few days ago and the only thing injured was my shin. At first I thought I had only broken the skin a slight bit but now my whole lower leg is discolored and swollen and there is a numb area around the bottom of the skinned part. Is it just a bruised shin or could it be worse?

you may have got some disturbed blood circulation due to injury which is causing deficient blood supply to the area below it resulting in blackening. You must check the wound with a surgeon.
