What Causes Swelling And Bruising On The Back Of The Hand Extending To Fingers?

I woke up a week ago with a pain like a fresh bruise on the back of my right hand from my wrist to my knuckle. Since then swelling around the knuckle and further tenderness has appeared. Today my finger is swollen and painful to touch and I have pins and needles in it Any suggestions?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the tenosinovits,an infection of the synovial space, and the membranes.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an incision, and drainage of the swelling for cure.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
