What Causes Swelling And Bruise In Eyes?

I fell 1 week and hit the front of my head. I had a lump come out on it and it was tender to the touch, but it is not as tender now. When I woke up this morning, my eyes are swollen and I have a bruise in the corner of my left eye. Is this cause for concern?
