My 3 year old had eye muscle surgery on both of her eyes a week ago. Her left eye began to swell immediatly in recovery and began bleeding badly within an hour or so it had swollen so much. The doctor says she must to of had a vein rupture which caused a prolapsed conjuctiva and that it will go away in about another week on its own. Does this sound right? I am afraid she will need more surgery to fix this problem!
