What Causes Swelling And Acne On Testicle?

Hello I find right side of my public zone swollen up frequently plus sometimes there are a number of acne or warts there. The swelling has started giving me pain also and I also feel that my penis is bending rightward towards the swelling. The right testes also appears to be small and tighter than the left one and it doesn t hang freely also. I know it s kind of weird but help me out.

All the problems on one side, the right one of the groin with acne and warts, smaller less mobile right testcle and bending of penis on the same side can be due to infection of chronic nature.
I would advise you to get the biopsy done as this may be due to tuberculosis or fungal infection and needs a long course of treatment.
