What Causes Swelling Above Collarbone?

I have some swelling above my left collarbone, close to the base of the neck.I have pain radiating across the collar bone area (both sides left to right) and I have a very sore to the touch area in the centre at the top where the collar bones meet. I don't know what the problem is.. woke up that way

swelling are probabily involvement of lymphatic gland. they are radiatingtowards sternoclavicular joint. it may be refered pain due to common nerve supply.
