What Causes Sweating, Fatigue And Headaches?

I have been experiencing a flushing feeling and sweats which last a minute then subside. This has been going on for about a 10 days. I am post menopausal and have not had hot flashes for at least two years. I am also constantly tired and have a headache on/off. I was hospitalized in July for an unknown infection and headaches. I was given many antibiotics in hopes of bringing my white blood count down. The doctors had no idea other than an infection. My regular Dr is concerned that it might be MS.
