What Causes Swallowing Difficulty And Discomfort In The Neck?

Hello, I have been having trouble swallowing. It started with back of neck pain yesterday and today when I drink or swallow food I m feeling pain and discomfort. Not sure if I slept wrong, need a new pillow. Should I wait to see if It will get better by tomorrow?

lt ls dysphagia.throat is tobe examined by ent specialist. there may be inflammatory cause like pharyngitis tonsillitis. start taking warm saline gurgling.can take ezythrocin 500mg daily for 4dasys.if infection is controlled then you will improve.
