What Causes Sudden Weight Loss?

I was 300 lbs as of 2006. I decided to walk 5-10 miles a day/7 days a week. I went from 300 lbs down to 180 in 2 years. Then on Feb. 6 of 2009, I moved to Los Angeles. Since then I've gone from 180 lbs down to my current weight of 156 lbs. I stand at 6'2" and skinny. I keep keeping more in the past week. But every time I eat it comes out by taking a crap. Should I be concerned?

Oh yes, I am gay and have slept with maybe 12 different guys since August of 2009. I am a top and always use condoms. I never cum inside another man. NEVER!

Well,... while there is of course an HIV associated malabsorption syndrome, you'd be AIDS and test positive. This wouldn't be an early sign. So a negative test of the simple antibody doesn't need further evaluation. Also, odds are not very high as you know. Should get tested because it's very treatable. Very. Treatable.
Frankly, many of the 'milder' conditions (gluten intolerance, bacterial overgrowth, IBS, inflammatory bowel) are not going to be as fixed as HIV associated gastropathy (but mostly have less effect on longevity than HIV).
First, simple blood tests to see if you are actually malnourished in any way. Then simple blood tests to look at liver, lung, thyroid, diabetes. Stool test for ova parasites giardia, white cells, clostridium. But don't b too surprised if there is nothing found.
